My Journey
There was a moment in my life when I had to rebuild myself from the inside out. From being a mother. Working. Supporting my children. And at the same time healing parts of myself that were broken. Many times I felt alone, but it was in the silence of meditation, in the power of breathwork, and in the discomfort of the ice, where I found something that changed my life.
I learned how to regulate my nervous system. I learned to face my emotions instead of running from them. I learned that resilience is born when you choose to heal. The ice taught me that I can breathe even in the hardest moments. And life does the same. Today, I honor every woman who is healing, growing, and rising again and again.
